GD Apparel is a trading name of Gardner Douglas Sports Cars Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

All of our products are made to order and shipped directly to you once production is complete.


Processing & Production Time

All products are made especially for you after you place an order.

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping time.

During busy periods, including holidays, product launches, and peak shopping seasons, production and shipping times may be extended beyond the usual estimates.


Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and begins after your order has been produced.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–20 business days
  • International (Rest of World): 5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Production Time (2–5 business days) + Shipping Time

This gives an overall estimated delivery timeframe of approximately:

  • UK Orders: 5–12 business days
  • Europe Orders: 7–25 business days
  • International Orders: 7–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped separately.

This may happen if:

  • Your order contains multiple products
  • Items are produced at different fulfilment locations
  • Certain products require special packaging

If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

GD Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few additional days for delivery.

If your order still has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
