Refund & Returns Policy – GD Apparel
All GD Apparel products are made especially for you once your order is placed.
Producing items on demand rather than in bulk helps reduce waste and overproduction, so we appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions.
GD Apparel is a trading name of Gardner Douglas Sports Cars Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please check all product details, sizing guides, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Sizing Responsibility
Please refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
As all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Minor size variations of 1–2 cm may occur due to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To request this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or issue
- A photo of the full item
- A photo of the packaging (if the item was damaged during shipping)
- A brief description of the problem
Once we review your claim, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Return Address
As our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners, returns should not be sent to our registered office address.
If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or the package not being collected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply to resend returned packages.
If a package is returned and reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
